PhD projects in our lab are available starting August 2022. Candidates should have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in bioinformatics, computer science, or statistics, and be enthusiastic about science! Possible projects include:
- Modeling of alternative splicing using long read RNA-Seq data
- Machine learning approaches to predict cell fate from genomics data
- Single-cell transcriptomics of organoid disease models
- Statistical modeling of uncertainty using large-scale transcriptomics data

Requirements:
Candidates should hold a degree or graduate before August 2022 (B.Sc. or M.Sc) with major in bioinformatics, computer science, or statistics, good grades, and programming experience. Official language in Singapore is English, so good English communication skills are required. Candidates should be enthusiastic about science!
